PANews April 28 news, according to The Verge, Google is testing an AI chat-based search experimental feature called "Ask YouTube" within YouTube, available only to U.S. YouTube Premium users aged 18 and older. Users can click the "Ask YouTube" button in the search bar to ask questions in natural language, such as requesting video summaries or a brief history of a subject. The system will first generate a textual explanation and a list of key points, and automatically summarize related content like long videos and Shorts, displayed modularly by topic. This feature is currently in experimental testing and is not yet available to all users.
