PANews May 1 news, according to CoinDesk reports, Strategy's perpetual preferred stock STRC has maintained a dividend yield of 11.5% for the third consecutive month, with the volume-weighted average price in April being $99.76, close to the $100 face value. The current trading price of STRC is $99.75, which has been below face value since April 15, and it is expected to rebound to $100 next week based on historical patterns.

Strategy is considering changing the frequency of STRC dividend payments from monthly to every half month to further reduce volatility. Strategy common stock (MSTR) rose 33% in April, marking the first monthly increase in nine months. Bitcoin rose 12% in April.
