Hong Kong, July 31, 2026 — Hong Kong's largest¹ licensed virtual asset exchange HashKey Exchange announces the official launch of its first private credit tokenized product ACRED (Securitize Tokenized Apollo Diversified Credit Fund). This product is issued through Securitize and is only open to qualified professional investors. Investors can subscribe using USDC and submit subscription applications² daily; redemptions must be conducted through the issuer's quarterly buyback program.

ACRED adopts a tokenized Feeder Fund structure, allocating the majority of investable assets to the underlying fund Apollo Diversified Credit Fund managed by Apollo Global Management, which invests in credit assets including direct corporate loans, asset-backed loans, operating credit, special opportunity credit, and more.

Currently, HashKey's wealth management channel has launched products such as tokenized money market funds, tokenized gold-themed funds, and tokenized ETFs (some products are only available to professional investors). The launch of ACRED introduces alternative credit asset-related products to the wealth management channel for the first time, further enriching the product categories in HashKey Exchange's wealth management channel and strengthening the platform's product capabilities in tokenized asset distribution and institutional-grade on-chain asset services.

²Subscription applications can be submitted daily, and orders will be processed according to the issuer's trading calendar, settlement arrangements, and operational processes; execution and settlement times are not immediate and may be adjusted due to actual operational arrangements. Redemptions are not open daily but are conducted through the issuer's quarterly buyback program, with a fund-level 5% quarterly buyback limit; if redemption applications during the same period exceed the available buyback quota, they will be processed on a pro-rata basis; ACRED purchased through the HashKey Exchange wealth management channel is currently not transferable within the platform and cannot be withdrawn to external wallets.
